THE APARTMENT

This 67 m2 apartment for 2-6 persons is warm, cozy and welcoming. It features light-flooded interiors with stunning views of the surrounding forests. The individually designed spaces, in elegant earthy color tones, with natural wood floors throughout, provide a relaxing ambience in alpine style. Underfloor heating, modern lighting and new household appliances provide the highest comfort.  It is ideal for families and a group of friends. Moreover:

THE LOCATION

Chalet Samont is located 5 minutes form Ortisei by car, in an idyllic area, surrounded by green fields that offer unique views. It is well connected: public transport is available in front of the house, a bicycle track runs near the house and it is easily accessible by car. The location is particularly favorable: being close to Ortisei and at the same time giving you the benefit to explore the surrounding places, such as Chiusa, Bressanone and Bolzano, all about 30 minutes away by car.

THE CHALET

The Chalet has been built following 3 design principles: respect for nature, low emissions, and individual design that highlights local features. The house has been rewarded with the Climate House certification. This is the local sustainable energy award. The design features open spaces, large windows and the use of natural products, such as oak floors.
