When can we check in?

You can check in on your check-in date, any time after 14:00PM. Late arrivals are no problem and can be requested free of charge.

When must we check out?

You must check out before 10:00AM.

Can we cook in the kitchen?

Yes, the kitchen is equipped with an induction cooking hob (stove top), fridge with freezing compartment, a microwave with grill function (no oven), and toaster.

Are coffee and tea provided?

A welcome set that includes coffee and tea is provided. Nespresso coffee machine with Original capsules, kettle (water cooker) are provided.

Can we use our cooking pans?

In all apartments there are modern type induction cooktops. They work with special purpose induction compatible pans only. Please check if your pans are compatible before your departure. Using an incompatible pan won't cause any damage to your pan or the stovetop. The burner itself simply won't turn on, so your pan won't get hot.

Are bedlinen and towels provided?

Yes, bedlinen and towels for all guests are provided for free. Also the bedlinen for the sofa couch is provided.

Are shower products provided?

Yes, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for free for the entire stay. Slippers and bathroom rope are not provided.

Can we sleep on the sofa?

Yes, in each apartment there is a sofa that transforms into a bed that can accommodate 2 persons. Almost all sofa beds are 1,60 meters (63 in) wide and 2 meters (78 in) long. Only the sofa bed in the Black Apartment is 1,40 meters (55 in) wide and 2 meters (78 in) long and has a fixed area in the corner that is 80cm (32 in) wide and 163cm (64 in) long.

Is there a washing machine and a drier?

A Miele washing machine & Miele dryer are located on the ground floor and can be used for 10 Eur per machine per load. In the apartments there are no washing machines or driers.

What is the fee for the washing machine and the drier?

We charge 10 Eur/load for each machine, the detergent is included. If the weather is good you will be able to dry the laundry outside on a rack that we provide for free, so there is no need for the drier.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome, please remember to bring your own basket. The supplement for pet accommodation is charged as add-on during checkout. If pets have not been stated during the booking, this supplement will be charged at the property. Up to 1 pet per apartment is permitted.
