Price Information

Our prices are per person per night, based on a minimum stay of three nights. Persons over the age of 2 at the time of the check-in need to be declared. Children under 2 are free.

Tourist Tax

Prices on the webpage do not include the fee for the Local City Tax, which applies to all guests aged 14 and over and amounts to 1.75 Eur per person per night. This amount will be charged at check-in.

Arrival And Departure

The apartment is at your disposal from 2 PM on the day of arrival till 10 a.m. on the day of departure. At arrival you will receive door cards to open and close your apartment. If you leave without returning them, we are obligated to charge 10 Eur per access card.

Pets

Pets are welcome, please remember to bring your own basket. The supplement for pet accommodation is charged as add-on during checkout. If pets have not been stated during the booking, this supplement will be charged at the property. Up to 1 pet per apartment is permitted.

Payment Options

We accept payment in cash, and by debit or credit card (Diners Club and American Express excluded).

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking at Chalet Samont, the following applies.
When booking on this webpage or directly at the property:

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
• 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
• 0% refundable if canceled after.

When booking on Airbnb or Booking.com the relevant cancellation policy applies.
